What TeamViewer is and how to share your credentials
What is TeamViewer?
TeamViewer is a comprehensive remote access, remote control, and remote support solution that works with almost every desktop and mobile platform, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. TeamViewer lets you remote into computers or mobile devices located anywhere in the world and use them as though you were there.
The Coach Paint Support Team might ask you for your TeamViewer credentials in order to take control of your computer and try to fix the problem that you are facing.
How can I share my TeamViewer credentials?
This should be very easy, once you opened TeamViewer you will an ID and a Password. Like this:
Note that the ID is always a fixed numerical code while the password is an alphanumeric dynamic code (it changes with time).
If you are using a Mac, you will need to deactivate some security settings so we can interact with your computer. If this is your case, please follow the steps explained in this TeamViewer Help Article.
What do I do if I don’t have TeamViewer on my computer?
If you don’t have TeamViewer, don’t worry about it. If you have downloaded Coach Paint before, a TeamViewer extension called “TeamViewer Quick Support” should have been automatically downloaded with the program.
