Using the Diagnostic Tool in Coach Paint

The Diagnostic Tool is a powerful widget that allows us to access the logs and configuration of your Coach Paint Account. In that logs, we are able to see and analyze any inconvenience that you may have been encountering.

In order to share the diagnostic files with us, please follow these steps:

1. Search on your computer for the Diagnostic Tool (it’s a program that is automatically downloaded with Coach Paint).

2. Open it and it will load for a few moments.

3. Once loaded, a pop-up will appear asking you how you want to upload the diagnostic:

4. Select “Direct Upload”, this will upload the file to our servers.

5. Once uploaded, please let your support executive know that you have submitted it, so he can internally search for them on our database.
