How to reset your Download Area password

Go back to knowledge base

If you need to change your password for the Download Area, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Download Area and log in with your current credentials

2. Once logged in, click on your organization’s name in the top right corner of the screen

3. Enter your new password

Make sure it meets the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Includes at least one letter and one number

After saving your changes, your new password will take effect immediately.
