How to download and install Coach Paint

Important

Before updating to 9.7 (or any upper version) from an older version than 9.6.2 (included), please make a backup of your work as you might lose the work imported into Coach Paint. You can learn how to make a Back-Up here.

Note: if you are installing Coach Paint for the first time, you can ignore this message.

Step-by-step

Go to https://da.chyron.com and log in with your email and password (if you don’t remember your Download Area password our Support team can help you by assigning you a new one).
On the site, you will be able to download Coach Paint. We have a version available for Windows and another for Mac, so choose the version that applies to the type of computer you have:

For Mac, select the last version (10.1) and download the “CoachPaint10.1.pkg” file.
For Windows, select the last version (10.1) and download the “CoachPaintSetUp10.1.exe” file.

Note: If you are installing the 9.6 version or newest, is not necessary to install the AIPlugins anymore.

Install the CoachPaint10.1.pkg or CoachPaintSetUp10.1.exe file
Once all are installed, you should be able to run Coach Paint on your computer. You must log in with your email and your license password.

How to see my License password?

In order to see your license password, follow these steps:

Click on “Licenses” (upper right corner):

Select your Coach Paint license.
